Beijing's Yizhuang (E-Town) is building the first 'Modelling OPC Community' in China. The city also rolled out one-click conversion of individual businesses (geti gongshanghu) into enterprises, keeping the original name, founding date and credit record.

Yizhuang launched the first 'real-time compute credit exchange platform' in China — solo AI founders can call compute at discounted prices. Haidian (Zhongguancun) measures also propose model coupons for high-quality OPCs using agent tools.

The Yizhuang government commits to dispatching at least 100 real government/SOE orders per year to OPCs in the community, covering content generation, visual design and other high-value scenarios — solving the single biggest problem for solo companies: finding clients.

Yizhuang's OPC community provides zero-rent office space. Haidian's draft measures (Mar 2026) would also fund OPC-friendly parks and incubators with up to ¥2M per year each.

No Beijing-specific OPC visa exists yet. Foreigners should plan through the standard work permit (A/B/C categories), the national K visa for STEM young talent, or talent programs. Confirm your stay basis before committing to registration.

Haidian Science City issued 8 draft measures (Mar 2026) supporting OPCs, including agent-tool adoption incentives and community grants. Note: draft (征求意见稿) status — verify final issuance before relying on the benefits.
